Gateway’s Haunted Playhouse reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.

You may experience intense audio, lighting, low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, special effects, sudden actions, and an overall demanding environment. You should NOT ATTEND if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, are prone to seizures, have physical ailments, respiratory or any type of medical problem, are pregnant or suffer from any form of mental disorder, including claustrophobia. 

DO NOT ATTEND if you are intoxicated , wearing any form of cast/medical brace, using a wheelchair, crutches, a cane or a walker, or have any type of physical limitations. DO NOT ATTEND if you are taking medication or using drugs of any type. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are noticed by our staff. 

DO NOT smoke, vape, run, eat, or drink while attending Gateway’s Haunted Playhouse. Additionally, there is NO TOUCHING of anything while attending the Haunt. No video or photography may be taken .  You will not be admitted and will be asked to leave the property if any of the rules are broken. 

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! 

Your ticket is a revocable license. If our staff determines that any of these rules have been violated – you will be ejected from the haunt and no refund will be given. 

Holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending these attractions. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in the Haunt. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into the Haunt the holder agrees to release the operator, its parent corporation, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending Gateway’s Haunted Playhouse or any attractions at this location.
